Delivery Information
ELFC offers free delivery on orders over £35 in the UK. Charges on International deliveries vary depending on location and package weight. All orders are sent with recorded delivery. Wholesale and bulk orders may incur additional delivery charges. Orders made before 2pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) will be dispatched same day*, orders made after this time may be dispatched the same day but this is not a guarantee. Orders made after this time will be dispatched the following working day.
We will not send nicotine containing liquid outside of the UK, the Netherlands, Norway, Switzerland and the Republic of Ireland (excluding wholesale). For businesses, please email info@eliquidflavourconcentrates.co.uk for a bespoke shipping quote.
*Shipping to Germany is currently suspended due to import and regulatory reasons. Any orders placed to be delivered to Germany will be cancelled and refunded.

International orders will be charged based on location, size and weight of the package.
Delivery times are supplied by the courier but are not guarantees. Working days are considered to be Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays.
We will choose an appropriate courier for international orders.
